David Schulker is a Senior Data Scientist at Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute. His current research focuses on testing and assurance of large language models, as well as big data architecture technologies. His portfolio of prior work includes research applying econometric and statistical techniques to help Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security clients analyze human resource management challenges related to outreach, recruiting, career progression, talent management, workforce development, and retention. He has also worked on some additional topics involving education, military spouses, and veterans. Schulker is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and a former Air Force officer, and he received his Ph.D. in Policy Analysis from the Pardee RAND Graduate School.
