Scope: In this research, we focus on issues of employees/employers privacy in online social networks. Anecdotal evidence suggests that a growing number of prospective US employers use online social networks to screen job applicants. However, no scientific evidence exists about the way in which information revealed by students in online social networks actually impacts their chances of being offered a job, after controlling for other traits and factors.

Outcomes: We are conducting a series of experiments aimed at addressing the above research question.
