Abstract

Scope: Our research aims at establishing whether sensorial cues (such as sounds, scents, or the physical presence of other human beings) can mute or trigger individuals’ privacy and security concerns and affect their propensity to reveal information about themselves or fall for phishing and other online identity attacks.

Outcomes: Experiments with human subjects, conference proceedings, and at least one journal publication.
